A developer acquired a corner property in Northern Liberties for $2.7 million. The site sits at 210-230 W. Girard Avenue at Germantown Avenue.

An entity affiliated with JSC Real Estate completed the acquisition. Currently, the property includes a 10,000-square-foot building leased to Benjamin Moore Paints.

JSC Real Estate plans to invest $2 million to $3 million into the project. The firm will renovate and expand the building to 12,000 square feet.

The updated property could accommodate multiple tenants. For example, the space may be divided into units as small as 2,000 square feet. Alternatively, a single tenant could lease the entire building.

The project is expected to be completed in summer 2027. Meanwhile, the existing paint store could remain at the property.

The site sits near major retail anchors, including a CVS and a nearby Acme supermarket. As a result, the location benefits from strong foot traffic in Northern Liberties and Fishtown.

JSC Real Estate continues expanding its presence in the River Wards neighborhoods. The firm, led by Jordan Claffey, launched in 2020 after years in retail real estate.

Today, the company manages a portfolio of 25 properties. The portfolio includes 130 residential units and 21 retail storefronts across Philadelphia.
